How to secure folder ?

Step 1:

    Create a folder and change the name given as figure :

Step 2:Now alt+255 and hit enter, create folder without name like as :

Step 3:Go to the property of folder and clicked on customize tab ,choose icon and select blank icon like as :

Step 4:Click ok button and folder is disabled .
